James Shi

Have over 15 years of experience in the chemical management, environmental sustainability in textile industry. Deeply committed to driving positive change in the industry through responsible chemical management and sustainable practices.
Hold a master’s degree in applied chemistry and have been actively involved in implementing ZDHC guidelines and supporting organizations in their journey toward achieving MRSL (Manufacturing Restricted Substances List) compliance. My expertise includes hazardous substance risk control, wastewater management, chemical inventory tracking, sustainability reporting, or training and capacity building.
As a ZDHC Academy Trainer, my goal is to empower professionals and organizations with the knowledge and tools needed to adopt sustainable practices, reduce environmental impact, and meet global standards.
