Read moreThis training introduces participants to the ZDHC Chemical Management System (CMS) Technical Industry Guide (TIG), covering its definition, requirements, and implementation at the facility level. The course will focus on equipping participants with the tools needed to establish and maintain sustainable chemical management systems that align with industry standards.
ESTex will provide the ZDHC CMS TIG Training, taking place on February 6th and 7th, 2025. The training on February 6th will be conducted online from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, while on February 7th, it will be held offline during the same hours, with an option for participants to attend both sessions online. This training will provide the foundation to ensure that chemical management systems meet and exceed industry standards, enabling participants to drive continuous improvement. The ZDHC CMS Technical Industry Guide serves as a framework for suppliers, including dye houses, mills, printers, and other facilities, to design and implement sustainable chemical management plans tailored to harmonized industry expectations. Participants interested in registering for the ZDHC CMS TIG Training must have a basic understanding of chemical management. As part of the registration process, participants are required to complete a pre-assessment exam. Those identified with gaps in theoretical knowledge in specific areas will need to undergo foundational training with an Approved Training Provider (ATP) before attending the ZDHC CMS TIG Training. Alternatively, participants who have successfully completed the ZDHC CMS Framework Training or can demonstrate sufficient knowledge or operational experience in chemical management are eligible to register directly.
Participants who successfully pass the final exam will receive a certificate for the ZDHC CMS TIG Training.
