Climate Action Training - Train of Trainer

target audience

ZDHC approved trainers who want to become a Climate Action Trainer.

Before doing the Climate Action ToT, the trainer needs to share the CV with the Academy Team for pre-approval.

learning outcome

By completing this training you will:

• Know how the existing Climate Action Training is built and how to use the Atingi Platform to set up your own Climate Action Training on Atingi
• Have a deep understanding of Climate Action and the fashion industry, scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, principles of GHG accounting, target setting and low carbon solutions
• Learn more about certain questions or exercises you can do with learners during your training sessions
• Understand how the Climate Action Training should be structured (how many days of training, duration of the sessions, etc.)

course curriculum

The Climate Action Training ToT consists of 4 recordings. Each recording contains a few modules and topics.

• Recording 1: Introduction to the course and the platform (Atingi) and module 1 (Why Climate Action Matters) and module 2.1 (GHG emissions)
• Recording 2: Module 2.2 (GHG emissions, cont.) and module 3 (GHG accounting)
• Recording 3: Module 4 (target setting) and module 5.1 (energy efficiency)
• Recording 4: Module 5.2 (renewable energy and biomass) and final remarks
