Application Criteria and Expectations
Application Process and Criteria
Your application journey starts with filling out and submitting a ZDHC Approved Training Provider application in the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform. Our team will review your application after it is submitted.
We will arrange a call with you to discuss the application, your business strategy and the arrangement of the pro bono training. This training allows us to assess the soft skills and technical competence of your nominated trainers.

Onboarding Procedures
If your organisation and nominated trainers meet the requirements, you will be invited to an onboarding call. During this call, our team will discuss our partnership further and guide you through the typical operational procedure on the ZDHC Academy Platform.
Associated Fees
Potential training providers need to be aware that there are fees related to the application and after your approvals. Details are available on the ZDHC Solution Provider Platform, or contact support@zdhc.org for more information.
