The participant has previously attended and completed the ZDHC CMS TIG Training and obtains a training certificate which is close to expiry. By taking the Refresher training, the participant will enhance its knowledge and receive a new certificate.

This Refresher training reinforces core knowledge from the original ZDHC CMS TIG Training. It also introduces new strategies and supports continuous improvement in sustainable chemical management practices.

course curriculum

The CMS TIG Refresher Training focuses on three sections:

1. Pre-training activity Participants complete a pre-assessment and share initial feedback on their facility’s CMS implementation so the trainer can gain insights into participants' knowledge gaps, challenges in implementation, and areas of interest to focus on during the Refresher training.

2. Recap session & experience sharing Participants highlight their facility’s success stories, as well as unique challenges and share how they have overcome them. Updated action plans are developed to address the identified gaps.

3. Updates from ZDHC Participants will be equipped with knowledge of the latest ZDHC updates.
