This webinar walks suppliers through new and updated requirements in the ZDHC Suppliers Roadmap to Zero digital platform for the chapters under the Input and Process focus areas.

From Input, it covers InCheck reporting (inventory scope, zero-usage entries, and delivery vs. usage), as well as new content on input material purchasing and traceability. From the process, it covers new related waste management.

This webinar explains what changed, why it changed, and how to implement. Participants also see where to find templates, guidance, and the digital chapters on the platform.

InCheck reporting: monthly report cadence, full-inventory scope, zero-usage logic, delivery vs usage, verified InCheck Level 1 and the Level 2 placeholder.

Input Materials Purchasing: Requirement for input material purchasing, Material Inventory List (MIL) at Foundational/Progressive/Aspirational levels, self-declarations from input material suppliers, material supplier due diligence and risk-based “smart testing.” Of materials

Material Traceability: Requirement for material traceability, linking finished batches to input batches, SOPs on traceability, and performing RCA with CAPA when non-conformities arise.

Waste Management: identifying 11 chemical-related waste types, inventory by F/P/A levels, segregation, quantification, safe storage/transport, and annual assessments.
