Now available on the ZDHC Academy Platform: the ZDHC Chemical Management System Technical Industry Guide (CMS TIG) Training for Leather.
The ZDHC CMS TIG Training for Leather is now available on the Academy Platform! This advanced-level training is designed for the leather industry and guides manufacturers with the implementation of a sustainable chemical management system in their operations.
The training is based on the ZDHC Chemical Management System (CMS) Technical Industry Guide (TIG) but with an additional focus on leather manufacturing practices, including chemicals used within leather manufacturing and their related risks.
The training curriculum was created in collaboration with a specialised leather task team. Two pilot trainings were conducted over the last couple of months by ZDHC Approved Training Providers, hence the training is now available to the public.
